Modlo continues to grow portfolio in prime logistics markets
Oct 30, 2020
Modlo is excited to announce that an affiliate recently acquired more than 1 million square feet in prime logistics markets, adding four new properties to its growing portfolio. The assets are located in Southern California, Dallas, Miami, and Chicago. These transactions contribute to Modlo’s expansion strategy in critical logistics hubs and key consumption centers.
The newly acquired 10680 Acacia Street in Rancho Cucamonga, California, is a nearly 150,000 square foot property located in a desirable infill submarket with rail service and excellent access to major freeways. The property is currently occupied and will be available for lease in 2022.
Modlo also added a 400,000 square foot property located at 949 W Oakdale Road in Grand Prairie, Texas, just south of DFW Airport. The building was recently developed and is available for lease. It is strategically located to serve the DFW market while also benefitting from close proximity to a dense industrial labor pool.
Located only three miles from Miami International Airport’s cargo entrance, 1910 NW 97th Avenue is approximately 100,000 square feet. Modlo is commencing a renovation to market leading specifications, and the newly renovated property will be available for lease in early 2021.
Finally, Modlo added a recently-constructed building located at 3507 W 51st Street in Chicago near Midway International Airport. Just 2 miles from the airport and 8 miles from downtown Chicago, the building has direct access to I-55. It is fully leased on a long-term basis to an e-commerce user as a last mile delivery hub.
